This project never completed. The frequency range I think was too limited (10MHz). It needs some prescaling in its input so that more broad frequency measurement can be obtained.
The board I made it small. I use of SMD component here ...
After I receive the board, this project stops. I haven't create the code for this Frequency Counter, but instead this board is used for Clock ! Look at my other post.
