Power Supply and Li-Ion Battery Charger

Li-Ion Battery can be charged by this power supply.
It has current limiter, so that the temperature of the battery will not rise too much. Still, you need to keep checking on it to make sure your safety.

I made some slight modification to the original design. To allow selection of output voltage, I added rotary switch and several Multiturn Pot.
